UX/UI Designer - Digital user experience and design, user interface, user journey, customers, websites, digital experience, optimisation, conversion, phototypes, wireframes, html, css, JavaScript, Photoshop, sketch, axure A leading banking client requires a UX/UI Designer on a contract basis. Overall Job Purpose To support the on-going conversion rate performance and net promoter score of our website through development of user experience journeys for acquiring new customers and existing customers. Key Accountabilities: *You will be working on delivering new journey experiences across our website and leading user experience and UI design across a variety of projects and to support ongoing conversion rate performance and net promoter score targets *Support Head of digital experience and conversion rate optimisation with new customer journey development, *Working closely with multiple teams across the company, taking ownership of the end-to-end design process from ideation to delivery *Create sketches, prototypes, wireframes and designs to support projects ranging from optimisation of existing websites and apps, to design of brand new digital channels. *Review and understand analytics and customer insight, working with members of team and other teams in order to identify user experience solutions which help solve customer problems and meet business goals *Look to the future to understand trends and to define what our customers and our industry may look like in order to inform forward-thinking customer experience strategies. Person Specification *Team player with good stakeholder and relationship management skills *Ability to project management and manage projects *Strong interaction design work: ability to convey concepts through wireframes, flows and mock-ups, storyboarding, prototyping, *An understanding of development software and development processes and how HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc *Experience of leading and participating in UX research *Proficient in using tools: Photoshop/Sketch; Axure, Invision to test and articulate your designs *Experience of adaptive and responsive designs and a mobile first design approach *Impressive UX/UI portfolio You can be based in either Northampton or London. £350/day max pay rate Please apply now with your latest CV for immediate consideration.
