Terex are currently recruiting for a Marketing design Assistant and Digital Coordinator to be based at our Grantham office. This is an excellent opportunity within a global organization that can help develop and grow your marketing experience. Purpose Support our marketing regional team members with any design needed on their regional projects in order to ensure consistency and meet deadlines. Make sure we provide to our customers the same level of support within all the EMEAR regions. Establish design standards and follow our marketing guidelines and Genie global branding. Means: work on a variety of projects such as website, advertising, literature, posters, banners, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual 'brand'. Help monitor and evaluate our digital communications, and assist with tasks to support the wider communications team.Make sure our messages on our different Media/Tools (such as Website, Events and Customers Newsletters - Printing and Digital), are always updated for all our regions and execute new ones following our strategies and priorities. Support the improvement of our website. Support our Customer communication by creating e-flyers and mail pieces. Support our dealers with Genie branding and messages in their respective language and countries. Work on common templates and management project masters/design processes to speed up EMEAR marketing projects and make them happen. Work with the Redmond team so that all efforts are coordinated, resources maximized and to avoid duplication of work. Main Tasks / Responsibilities: Assist in the Genie marketing creative design strategy plans & time management within EMEAR or a particular territory; - Set up processes/common templates to speed up EMEAR projects and position the Genie EMEAR marketing department as efficient, pro-active and supportive to all departments. - Assist with outside agencies' partnerships when needed - Support with market intelligence research to ensure marketing campaigns will effectively impact our business. - Be curious to know more about our competitions creative design tools. - Respect timelines Assist in establishing standards/processes/consistent messages, manage and train Team Members and Partners on marketing guidelines and Genie global branding; - Develop and update branding processes as needed - Adapt Genie branding Global Guidelines to EMEAR - Adapt Genie messages based on markets, strategies and customers' expectations following Marketing regional coordinators requests - Keep updating all the marketing and sales team, our dealer network and other team members based in our various facilities to have consistent branding within all EMEAR regions Create collateral & marketing material for events following instructions; - Be responsible for the final results of each campaign before execution (Ad campaign, web Ad, E-flyers, Brochures, Promos, Web, Artwork, Newsletters G Force and Insight etc.) - Help create and up-date specification sheets and brochures. - Retouch photos when needed - Assist Marketing Coordinators for creative and tactical execution of marketing tools - Consistently communicate on new marketing materials and regional marketing programmes to share creative directions, success stories within all the marketing team - Ensure all materials meet global branding and legal requirements - Help with the implementation of consistent messages and process during Guest visit programs. - Help with branding tradeshows and open days - Analyse success Databases, Mailings, E-mailings, Campaigns; - Assist with the creation of Marketing campaigns that increase awareness and positively impact sales and company profitability. Realise effective design promotions or messages that reach target audiences with a positive impact. - Learn how to use Emailing Campaign system (PARDOT) and create eflyers, landing pages through this tool. - Assisting in maintain current customer database records to use on the above tool and create new ones as necessary - Fulfilment of customer mailings - Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to determine timeline, messages and introduction of products on a timely basis to support sales initiatives. Update those documents into all our EMEAR languages. - Mail out communication material as needed (newsletters, mailers, artwork CDs, etc.) - Ensure consistent branding, image and quality of documents. Monitor external/internal documents and provide assistance to correct where appropriate. Websites, Landing Pages, Microsites, Digital tools; - Be trained on our website architecture - Follow instructions to update our Web tool and App - Cooperate with the marketing Manager to update or create digital tools (videos etc...) with internal software or available on App store - Update our web banners in EMEAR - Create web banners for advertising in magazines Internal EMEAR and Regional Support; - Create documents, power-point presentations, surveys, analysis etc... - Help keep the Genie branding correct and updated throughout EMEAR - Mail out customers information when needed to support in busy time (photos, literature, posters, merchandise) Merchandising & Branding (Material and Offices/Factories); - Ensure consistent image, branding on the merchandise. - Support the EMEAR team and customers with the supply of dual branded merchandise as appropriate. - Brand tradeshow uniform for EMEAR - Design and continuously update/retouch the following branding changes - Dealer/rental kits - Posters - Artwork USB - Celum Portal for customers - Storage/Archive folders - Products - E-flyers - Banners - Powerpoint - Support the branding in the regional Genie offices, factories (Umbertide) and the EDC - Work with our Suppliers if needed Brand Addition and Horner Brothers. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe CS (Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign and Illustrator) - A good level of English essential, other languages are needed to succeed - Digital skills (web, landing pages, html e-flyers) - Creative thinking outside of the box are n eeded to succeed - Able to follow guidelines in a straight timeline - Demonstrate interest in digital media - Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time; - Fixing priorities, organizing skills, attentiveness, and accuracy in performance. - Efficient multi-tasking abilities, excellent follow through, detailed oriented, flexible and an ability to change and evolve. - Take an interest in EMEAR Marketing projects, our products and our competition along with customers' knowledge. - Respond quickly, accurately and appropriately to all enquiries - Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently. - Ability to establish good relations with all levels of employees. - Must be flexible with the ability to travel on occasions - Bachelor's Degree. - Marketing experience although an advantage, not essential - Strength creative design background is needed to succeed Other Information; - Travelling represents approx. 15% of the time. - Driving license required Other Information; - Travelling represents approx. 15% of the time. - Driving license required To apply for this role please click the link below or visit the following website ********************/ and select the relevant role from our website.
