Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive High Street Brands Location: Field Reporting: Marketing Manager Job Overview As part of the ongoing evolution in our business strategy, we are relying more heavily on digital communications to support our centralised marketing activity. The Digital Marketing Executive (High Street Brands) will have an integral role to play in ensuring campaigns and offer changes for all Walkabout, Yates and Slug & Lettuce brands are communicated clearly and in an integrated fashion, across web, social and email, dovetailing with all offline execution. This multi-faceted role would suit an ambitious and capable junior-level digital marketer looking to make the next step and show real demonstrable impact within some well-known Brands. Job Description Plan and manage all digital marketing elements of all campaigns and offer changes. Support the Brand and Central Digital teams and be the point of liaison for all campaign details, technical specifications for platform developments and any other requirements. Create relevant communications; website landing pages, social media content and emails to be sent to customers, using the appropriate tools (CMS, Facebook, Instagram, Campaigns+, etc.), along with supporting communications to sites to help understanding and support local activation. Be the first point of contact for all Operational queries surrounding digital activation and upskilling for the High Street Brands, seeking out support from the Central Digital team where required. Support local PR, events and pre-booked sales activity, ensuring delivery on key objectives and budget. Ensuring all parties are clear and the plan is delivered on time and as agreed. Measure, analyse, and report on effectiveness of all digital activity, including reach and engagement, website visitation and commercial impact. Skills Required Confident and effective communication skills, able to handle Area and General Manager challenge. High level of organisation skills, able to handle multi-brand support. Interest in evolving landscape of digital marketing / digital communications. Must demonstrate effective written, presentation and facilitation skills. Can identify problems and underlying causes quickly, and proactively help find solutions. Effectively prioritise work load. A drive to get things done Build relations at all levels. Marketing/Business qualification or on-trade experience preferred. Full clean driving license as travel to meetings and outlets visits will be required. Specific prior knowledge of digital platforms (Content Management Systems, Email Service Providers, Social Media Platforms, Content Monitoring Tools) desirable, but not essential.
