Project Manager/ Business Analyst - Berkshire - Contract - 3-6 Months Tags: Project Manager, Project Management, Business Analyst, Business Analysis, Process, Processes, Data, PRINCE II, Prince 2, Delivery, System, Soloution. This is a 3 to 6 month contract for a hybrid Project Manager/ Business Analyst to come on board with one of Roc Search's clients based in Berkshire. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with the business understanding the processes requirements across the organisation. You will be required manage the work-steam for the implementation of changes regarding GDPR. As well as this you will be managing the implementation of new data management tools. As a hybrid role you will also be required to gather requirements and produce documentation of the business requirements from workshops and meetings with stakeholders. Essential Skills; - Strong Business Analysis background with an in-depth understanding of obtaining detailed requirements and understanding of processes. - Project Management experience utilising methodologies such as Prince II or Agile. - Ability to liaise with in-house technical teams as well as 3rd party vendors and integrators. - Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written. - Must be able to ownership of work and be a self-starter - Experience of working within a business change function. - Must have previous experience of putting together business cases for projects.
