The Department of Economics is seeking to appoint a Professor in Econometrics. We wish to appoint an Econometrician with an outstanding record of publication in the leading international journals, who has an international reputation for excellence in research and academic leadership and who will contribute to the strategic leadership of the Econometrics research group. Whilst welcoming applications in any field of econometrics, macroeconometrics and/or financial econometrics are areas of particular strategic interest.

The Department of Economics, within the School of Social Sciences, is a large department which is internationally recognized for pursuing high quality research, both theoretical and applied, across all areas of macroeconomics, microeconomics and econometrics, including financial, environmental, and development economics.

Salary by negotiation
