Practitioner - National Beauty & Aesthetic Retail Chain Our client is a national chain of registered clinics specialising in non-invasive, advanced skin and beauty solutions. We are looking to speak with motivated, reliable and passionate Practitioners who want to progress their career further within the world of beauty and treatments. Excellent training, transparent routes to progress and financial incentives apply. Typical working hours are 40 a week, 9-6pm, flexible days and times are available. Candidates need to be prepared for weekend shifts and covering staff absences as and when required. Overview: As a Practitioner, you will be responsible for performing high quality aesthetic treatments whilst maximising any potential sales opportunities. You will maintain an excellent standard of customer care and service, monitoring the client's journey from start to finish and ensure full client satisfaction by offering expert advice on skincare and post treatment care. Key Responsibilities: - To carry out high quality and professional laser and skin treatments in accordance with company protocols. - To carry out or participate in, skin and laser consultations with prospective clients to determine individual needs and to make recommendations on appropriate treatments and products. - To deliver exceptional customer care and develop a professional rapport with clients, ensuring that they are confident and satisfied with their treatments. - To promote & recommend products and services, maximising opportunities for sales and referrals including call lists to both new and existing clients - To ensure all clinic procedures and data protection requirements are followed in relation to client records prior to, during and after appointments, including completion of medical history. - To maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times in relation to clients. - Maintain client follow ups with phone calls and email support when required - To maintain working areas and equipment in accordance with health, safety, hygiene and general housekeeping standards at all times. Essential Qualifications: ·A passion for skincare and aesthetics with good working knowledge of the beauty/aesthetic industry ·Beauty NVQ Level 3 (minimum) ·Beauty NVQ Level 4 (desirable) and/or Laser Core of Knowledge ·Good level of General education, including Numeracy, English, IT (Grades A-C) Salary and Application: Our client will offer a competitive salary dependant on experience. The package includes bonus / commission incentive, pension and further benefits after probation.
