My Client an International E Gaming company are currently recruiting for a Italian Speaking Product Support engineer to support their 3rd Party clients in Italy. we are looking for a 1st/2nd line support engineer who must be fluent in Italian (reading and writing) that will work with Product/Software support team who support our clients based over in Italy. Main Responsibilities * To ensure professional and quality delivery at all times. * To be a key point of contact between the customers, Inspired and third party contractors. * Working with Italian speaking clients/support engineers. * To escalate any conflicts and issues to the Product Support Manager. * To facilitate the resolution of any conflicts. * To communicate progress, bottlenecks, issues on a regular basis. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS * Proactive, dynamic person who is capable of working with internal teams and is able to establish strong external client working relationships. This person should be comfortable working in an environment where projects/services are often unpredictable, dealing with multiple clients. * Must be able to work with a diverse range of team members (i.e. project managers, programmers, testers), have very good soft skills at influencing/managing others to get the job done and be able to communicate effectively with senior management (internally and externally). * Must have a minimum of 2 years experience of technical / IT-related support service, ideally in a bespoke software / new media environment and must be capable of owning, maintaining and resolving support issues on their own. * Identify changing priorities and adapt working methods to maintain service incident stability.
