A rare opportunity to be part of the senior management team at a fantastic CRO servicing pharmaceutical and biotech companies internationally has now become available! This hugely exciting role was released very recently as the company are looking for an exciting QA Auditor (GCP) to take a step up in their career and work within senior management leading and guiding their team through many aspects of the QA spectrum. Your main responsibilities would include:- Being deputy to the manager of QA in setting up the QA Audit programme Manage and train a team of 3 Auditors Make sure the QA audit programme is followed and always up to date Manage and provide leadership to internal and external audits Manage QA reports for manager (specifically around areas of concern) Produce training documentation for the junior auditors and QA professionals coming into the business As well as other responsibilities as directed by the QA Manager. The right candidate will have:- Experience doing client audits and regulatory inspections GCP and CSV QA XP Experience in assisting with, or managing a team Experience in assisting with or managing QA audits and inspections Experience managing Policies, SOP’s etc. Expert knowledge of GCP and applicable regulations This role will be based in the companies Midlands site and is commutable from Cambridge, Peterborough, Ipswich etc. This company are offering a very competitive salary and a great benefits package (including a couple of days working from home for the right candidate).
