We are looking for 2 IT Project Managers to come on board and work closely with key business stakeholders to deliver IT projects from initiation to \"go live\" taking into consideration quality, budget and timescales. Nero is looking to invest heavily in IT and has projects pipelined for 2017/2018 and is looking to bring in 2 x IT Project Managers who will be able to shape these projects. The IT project managers should ideally be working (or have worked) in the retail/hospitality industry or have been involved in fast moving customer-focussed environment. Responsibilities

*Deliver all Group IT projects ensuring they meet/exceed, the stakeholders' (i.e. the businesses) and IT's expectations. (e.g. functionality, usability, performance, scalability, security, resiliency, quality, etc.). *Manage the Group IT projects throughout their lifecycle from initiation to handover into service operation. *Document the stakeholders' requirements, and ensure the stakeholders fully understand the plan and solution. *Ensure requirements / business case is appropriately authorised before commencing work. *Deliver rigorous business, process and systems analysis for all projects, ensuring solutions are reliable and future-proof. *Define and deliver practical, workable, pragmatic and cost-effective solutions to stakeholders' business requirements. *Manage resource, scope and timescales to reduce cost and ensure milestones are met during the usual project flux. *When required manage third party suppliers to ensure their successful implementation of agreed work to scope, to quality, to budget and on time *Ensure successful handover of the deliverables to relevant departments operations, including working with the business to identify training needs, developing and delivering end-user training *Transition all projects to live with a smooth and methodical cut-over (with a rollback plan in place). *Manage projects using the approved lifecycle with controls and documentation as defined by the PM library. *Perform appropriate, documented and authorised change management control throughout the project.

To be successful in this role you will have

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work with stakeholders at all levels throughout the business

Experience of working with hospitality/retail systems in a multi-site organisation

Managed concurrent technology projects on time, to specification and on budget

An ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of structured project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE 2, Agile)
