We have an opportunity for a Self-motivated and determined Hearing Aid Technician to join our Production department based in Warrington. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary. Sonova, headquartered in Stafa, Switzerland, is the leading provider of innovative hearing care solutions. As our Hearing Aid Technician your role will be to manufacture, service & remake orders for the UK & European GC's efficiently and accurately, ensuring Sonova Group customers are provided with first class products & a professional service. The Hearing Aid Technician duties and key responsibilities: - Manufacture or repair Orders (UK Customers & GC orders from north Europe) throughout the whole manufacturing process from "Impression scanning through to & inclusive of Final Quality Control" or to remake or repair aids in line with customer specific requirements. - To be able to read tombstones accurately and interpret detail. - Ability to escalate concerns/issues within a timely manner to Team Leader or designate. - To be trained to complete 1 function within the process to the times & quality level set out by the needs of the business. - To be cross trained to complete 1 function prior & 1 function after their primary role to the times & quality level set out by the needs of the business. - To be flexible & understand additional requests based on the demands of the business. - Query any orders which cannot be completed within the respective department. - Any other tasks or responsibilities in line with business needs. Our ideal Hearing Aid Technician will have the below skills and experience: - Ability to work with small components - Attention to detail is key - Good level of dexterity as well as being able to process work quickly but accurately in line targets. - Self-motivated, with drive and determination to succeed. - Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers. - Good level of IT competence - Strong results orientation and a desire to learn more improving on your individual skills along with providing excellent customer services.
