Group Digital Systems Executive Portsmouth Competitive Salary Permanent For 70 years my client has proudly designed and manufactured cutting edge, stylish, high quality industry leading products. As Digital Systems Executive, you will manage and develop the group websites; with a focus on training the markets and managing the monthly deployment schedule to support the Digital strategy to assist marketing and sales departments in all key markets. Main Duties - Manage EPiServer & PIM support deployment process - Manage & maintain the translations engine - Provide training and support to all web admin and editors - Offer best practise analytics support for optimised campaigns and accurate reporting - Be the digital expert to support brands across various technology platforms - Manage internal and external relationships to scope and deliver the regular support deployments - Co-ordinate team resources to test deployments across various devices - Communicate deployment schedule and ticket status to all parties - Ensure all editors are kept up to date with deployments/changes and install new functionality - Manage the monthly support budget to ensure group efficiency - Develop and maintain online knowledgebase to support both Admins and Editors of the group Content Management System (CMS) - Monitor website statistics and produce monthly reports for websites across the group - Support markets globally in interpreting Analytics data - Ensure marketing campaigns are set up to deliver accurate reporting, including tag deployment - Create and implement various tests to determine most effective user journeys across the group - Liaise with Group Digital Systems Manager to scope and agree group Apps strategy - Support markets and external third parties with internal media library Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience: - Relevant work experience - Excellent knowledge of current trends and digital best practices - Excellent technical skills to include HTML, CSS, JS and knowledge of internet technologies, website architecture and web applications - Organised with the ability to handle multiple projects across multiple teams, globally - Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and dissemination of data. - Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent qualification or combination of education and experience - Professional qualification in Web Design or user experience (UX) - Extensive digital marketing, and/or search engine optimisation experience with a major global brand - Understanding and experience of CMS systems, Tag Management systems, PIN systems, HTML, CSS, Adobe and JS
