With greater focus on direct marketing and engagement as well as digital interactions, Centiq are increasing their investment in several key marketing areas. Building on some excellent creativity and actions working alongside our Marketing team, we are looking to further expand our in house expertise and capabilities across all areas of marcomms, digital presence, brand awareness, campaign management and driving engagement for our expanding services. We are looking for an inspirational Marketing Leader, who will report to the Board and manage the Centiq Marketing Team.

Our professional and project services are complemented by our own round the clock UK delivered managed services. With our own internal development team, we continually automate, orchestrate and optimise customer outcomes to further enhance business value, time to market, project delivery, total cost of ownership and analytical insights. Our managed services also cover a wide range of non SAP infrastructure and technical support services.

We are one of the leading UK specialists in critical IT infrastructure and SAP HANA, having deployed over 1,000 instances from the very first SAP HANA UK instance in 2011. We have built and continue to evolve our own specialist monitoring, management toolset and optimisation methodology known as Optiq. Built on SAP HANA, Optiq enables our business to provide mission critical platform monitoring, expert management and optimisation to our customers across a range of platforms including On-premise, Converged Infrastructure, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP and SAP HANA appliances.

We have enabled and supported a wide range our customers and household names including Walgreen Boots, Unilever, Marks & Spencer, The Co-Op, Arco, Greggs as well as working closely with partners such as Atos, Edenhouse, DXC Technology, Lenovo, Dell, HPE, SuSE, AWS and Microsoft Azure.

The Role

Lead all Centiq’s marketing engagements, strategy, partnership and brand management activities

Lead all Centiq marketing activities, resources whilst engaging will all areas of the business from sales to product engineering

Enhance the digital profile and brand of Centiq in all areas;

Innovate, test, develop and refine our brand and marketing strategy to support all demand generation activities;

Support new product and service launches as well as product collateral creation and evolution;

Support the promotion of additional Centiq services into existing customers to grow incremental value;

Help promote Centiq offerings to new customers, alliance partners and vendors;

Help promote Centiq as a UK mid market supplier of IT critical cloud infrastructure services;

Help promote joint value propositions between Centiq and our partners;

Help position Centiq as the employer of choice in the evolution of SAP analytics/ HANA/ S4 HANA segment;

Help maximise vendor co­operative marketing and rebate programmes;

Key Outcomes

Develop an industry leading marketing strategy for Centiq;

Lead the Centiq Marketing Team and all activities;

The right candidate will have at least minimum 5 years in IT Marketing and preferably includes experience of working closely with SAP and at least one global hardware vendor. Demonstrable success in maximising co­operative marketing initiatives is imperative.

Role and Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is for those day-­to-­day marketing activities required in generating new opportunities for Centiq. This will include working closely with colleagues, Centiq’s external PR agency, Centiq’s partners and liaising with SAP and other vendors to maximise joint marketing initiatives, constantly enhancing Centiq’s web and social media presence and supporting the sales team.
