You will be on a full time, permanent basis working 40 hours per week and be paid a competitive salary plus excellent benefits. About the Dental Practice Manager role This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual looking to develop their career as a Dental Practice Manager at our patient-centred friendly team in our Yeovil Dental Practice. Yeovil Dental Practice is part of Rodericks Dental Ltd, a group of over 70 dental and eye care practices across England and Wales. What are we looking for in a Dental Practice Manager? - You will promote our culture, our ethos towards patient care. - You will need to understand how to generate income & control costs and you must be comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients and your practice team. - You will have excellent communication and leadership skills and ideally you will have a proven track record in individual and team development, and change management. You should also have strong finance and IT skills, and have operational management experience. - You will have the CQC Registered Managers Award or be willing to work towards it - You will ensure our practice remains compliant with regulations set out by governing bodies in the dental sector. - A background in healthcare would be an advantage but is not essential as we will provide a comprehensive tailored training program.
