About the Role Our Client is looking for an experienced, motivated, detail-driven, creative individual to manage and grow the PPC department. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for the right person to show-off their abilities and really make an impact within a growing design and communications consultancy. You will be responsible for devising, building and running paid advertising campaigns. You will be expected to be hands-on across-the-board, including establishing strategy and developing, configuring and managing paid campaigns. Regular activities will include data analysis (in order to improve campaign performance) and reporting, attending client meetings, assisting with proposals and helping to grow the business of new and existing clients. Experience of Google, Bing and all social media platforms for both B2B and B2C clients is vital. We also provide organic digital marketing services for many of our PPC clients so an understanding of SEO would be a definite advantage. About Us We deliver a range of digital marketing services to our clients including SEO, SEM, CRO, advanced Google Analytics services and web development - PPC is a key component of our offering. About You You'll be brimming with the necessary drive and ambition to take our PPC business to the next level. You may be an existing PPC account manager looking for an opportunity to join a company where your skills will be truly recognised and rewarded, or perhaps a PPC freelancer looking to become part of a team again. You will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and be a confident, outgoing, resilient individual with a good sense of humour, able to present, in writing and on occasion in person, to existing and potential clients at a senior level. You should be able to approach paid campaigns with a creative and open-minded approach in order to develop campaigns that really deliver results. You will be Google AdWords Certified, preferably with Search Advertising (Advanced), Display Advertising and Reporting & Analysis qualifications and you will have a successful track record of creating and managing advertising campaigns with the ability to use AdWords Editor, Google Analytics and AdWords Reporting to analyse and improve campaign performance. You must be able to use your own initiative to identify solutions to problems, keep abreast of the constantly changing world of online advertising by using online-learning tools and take additional exams as required in order to maintain your AdWords Certified status.
