Role

Working to support our accounts and payroll team the role will involve:

-dealing with clients via email, phone and in person obtaining information and providing support

-data input -  Capturing data and ensuring our databases are up to date and accurate.

-Preparing and maintaining client updates on companies house and HMRC.

- completing and submitting online and paper forms, writing letters, chasing documents and managing our electronic filing system.

-Diary management

- scanning, filing and reception duties within the office.

- Provide support to payroll and pension manager (training given)

Person specification - the ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent literacy, numeracy and computer skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook.

-Accuracy and attention to detail

-Strong customer service skills

-Punctuality and a positive attitude

-The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

-Well organised approach.

-The ability to prioritise and take the initiative.

Hours: 27.5-37.5 hours a week over 5 days.

Salary:  Up to £19,000 Pro Rata
