Steve Lord of CK IT is recruiting for a Network & Support Analyst to work for a world leading pharmaceutical company. The Network & Support Analyst will be working at their site in Hatfield on a 12 month contract basis. This client is offering an opportunity to work for a pharmaceutical company that believes in putting patients and their families first, with the aim of improving healthcare benefits. Overall function of the job: The primary function of this role will be to provide network support for the company, whilst ensuring security and integrity of the network is maintained and business SLAs are met. As the Network & Support Analyst you should have the following skills and experience: -Experience in Network and Security Administration -CISCO networking knowledge and experience (CISCO qualified), VPN, Switches and TCP/IP -Experience in RSA server and client authentication -Experienced in support and troubleshooting of firewall, IPS and IDS technologies -WI-FI and Remote access technology -Microsoft Networking -Any experience with VOIP would be highly beneficial -MS Server and storage networking also beneficial Main responsibilities: -providing IT / Networking / Security support to the organisation, ensuring operational availability -ensuring incidents/problems are resolved in line with SLA -prioritising incidents based in business impacts -carry out set daily/weekly/monthly network and admin tasks as required Please note that your CV should show exact dates of employment (month and year) and any gaps of a month or more should be explained.
