Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting for a Legal PA/Legal Secretary on behalf of a firm of solicitors based in central Sheffield. The role will see you providing comprehensive secretarial support to the company's CEO as well as handling general office management duties including; * Formatting existing legal documents and reports * Monitoring and maintaining stocks of stationery * Dealing with general IT issues * Managing and maintaining filing systems * Managing an extremely busy diary * Organising appointments and meetings * Booking travel and accommodation * Handling personal issues for the CEO * Dealing with client queries over the telephone and via email For this role it is essential that you have legal secretarial experience (ideally gained within Commercial Law), have the ability to prioritise busy and demanding workloads, have excellent communication and time keeping skills and are able to deal with clients at all levels. You should be proactive and able to work on your own initiative. The role is ultimately a permanent position but will be starting on a temporary basis therefore you should be able to start work with no or little notice period.
