Part Time Financial Services Administrator Location : Fleet Salary £18-20,000 My client who are based in Fleet are looking for a Financial Services Administrator on a part time basis to join their team. The core day that you will have to be in the office is Wednesday and Thursday. We are looking for candidates who have got experience of working within Financial Services and will have experience of administration. You will be required to carry out administrative tasks; therefore it is vital that you have got strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Ideally the candidate will have experience of working within Financial Planning, or working with Financial Advisers and providing excellent support. It would be advantageous if you have experience of Pensions or Investments. Produce valuations and reports Identify potential errors that may impact on the client valuation outputs Include notes and commentary on income, withdrawals and contributions for all plans and investments Produce fund performance data for actively managed portfolios Prepare pre-meeting documents, packs and letters to clients Ensure an accurate and up to date diary system Book client appointment if required, sending client confirmation letter or email, and book meeting room if appropriate Refer a Friend If this job is not of interest to you but you know a friend or colleague who might be interested, if you recommend them to us and we successfully place them in a new role you will receive a minimum of £50 in vouchers of your choice.
