Regulatory Affairs Manager/Senior Location: Wiltshire Salary: DOE Reference: J30868 Regulatory Professionals are working with an international pharmaceutical company who have over 20 years of expertise and are still rapidly growing. They are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead a fast paced Regulatory team at their modern offices. The responsibilities are outlined as below: *Oversee the Regulatory Affairs team, along with maintaining the product portfolio. *Manage the European licenses. *Knowledge of reviewing and coordinating CMC documentation where applicable. *Look after the Product information reviews within the Regulatory Team. *Provision of expert guidance and advice from your experience in the industry. *Lead the development and execution of optimal regulatory strategies. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: *Life Science degree or equivalent. *7 years' experience within Regulatory Affairs. *Product maintenance knowledge. *Must have line managed previously. *Experience working with established products *Ideally have experience with CMC documentation and labelling variations. Furthermore, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to motivate and inspire a team is desired. Problem solving and strategic thinking will benefit this role, as will compelling negotiation skills.
