Location: Glasgow Contract type: 3m FTC with an opportunity for a contract or permanent position. Pay rate: 25k/year, negotiable if on contract basis. We are looking for an individual who could deliver results in increasing social media exposure in the recruitment sector for one of our key clients. Ideal candidate will be a passionate social media marketing specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience in the field. Context - New aggressive stream of immediate activity needs resource - Marketing Executive required to join Commercial team - 3 months initial contract - Early to mid October start - Cost dependent on route to market - Funded by recruitment budget Purpose - Build our employer brand to help attract the right candidates (away from existing jobs) - Develop a strong employer story - Leverage digital and gorilla techniques Activity - Produce a wealth of foundational content (blogs, web content, videos etc) on employees (features and testimonials), benefits, culture and job roles - Use digital and social media to get brand exposure to candidates - Develop and execute a campaign plan per recruitment stream / tactic - Campaigns will use digital and gorilla techniques (piggybacking online and F2F groups, events, other employers) - If bandwidth, can also work on D365 Talent proposition and campaign Skills - Excellent copy writer - Competent in CMS (ideally WordPress) - Skilled in social media It is a very interesting role, perfect for a person with a passion for social media networks, content creation, blogs, etc. There is an opportunity for a permanent position if this initial 3 months period brings value to the company.
