This is a fast paced and exciting role which will involve the successful candidate working as part of the Finance Team to assure all supplies are in on time and as per budget and all accounting, information is booked in accurately.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Guarantee that suppliers statements are updated at all times
  • Guarantee all cost accounts on P&L are accurate and timely updated
  • Guarantee all suppliers, assets, and stock accounts on the Balance are accurate and timely updated
  • Critical analysis to support cost efficiency
The successful candidate will:

  • Have complete responsibility for purchase and suppliers control (but not exclusively), guaranteeing 100% accuracy of data at all times.
  • Have complete responsibility for accurate and updated register of financial information and tracking, maintains accurate monthly data for management accounts and proceeds with defined month end reconciliations on time.
  • Add value through knowledge of Finance industry and implementation /creation of new ideas
Experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years purchase ledger experience
  • Advanced knowledge of excel
