Job Title: Residential Property Lawyer
Location: Christchurch
Salary: DOE

Due to expansion our client is looking for a fee earner to join their Residential Property team in Christchurch.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant experience and be able to handle property transactions from the start to completion and to an exceptionally high standard. You will have an in depth knowledge of all aspects of residential property matters and experience of supervising a small team would be advantageous. All levels of post qualification experience considered.

The role will be handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters involved within purchasing and selling property. These will include re-mortgages, help to buy, shared ownership and transfer of equity.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Able to demonstrate that you are a team player who is willing to be adaptable and contribute to the success of the team
  • Be able to provide the company's clients with a quality service that is consistent and accountable
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, with colleagues and with other teams within the practice
  • Be able to promote the Firm externally in order to assist the introduction of new business, be commercially driven and astute to your clients' objectives.
