Responsibilities: - Responsible for the assessment of campaign decisioning requirements to ascertain build complexity and timescales - Responsible alongside other Logic Analysts for the build and maintenance of customer selection rules within Pega Marketing, including exclusion and inclusion, modelling, and value for all inbound channels - Responsible for the creation of campaign prioritisation lists to be pushed out to the channels to allow timely, relevant targeting of offers to drive increased customer experience and value - Operationally manage the performance of Pega Marketing including support, maintenance, monitoring of the solution, fault diagnosis and rectification Collaborations: - Collaborate with Control Analyst to drive effective targeting and prioritisation - Collaborate with CRM Channel Managers & CVM strategists to ensure adjustments to offerings in channel are delivered on time - Collaborate with Modelling, Value, and Optimisation Analysts to ensure appropriate use of Insight and effective prioritisation of offers for increased performance Content Skills: - Deep understanding of customer selection and campaign logic development - Strong report building skills - Proven campaign planning, data interrogation and manipulation skills, customer contact management and execution skills - Experience of a real-time database marketing environment - Comprehensive knowledge of the full marketing mix - Experience in multi-channel trigger and best next action campaign deployment Tool Set experience: - Hands on experience with decisioning tools such as Pega Marketing, Adobe Campaign, Aprimo Relationship Manager, IBM Unica, or SAS CI etc - Experience with data and analytical tools SQL / SAS / SPSS would be advantageous - Experience within a Hadoop environment Person Specification: Result drive - customer oriented - Excellent prioritisation & time keeping skills - exhibits data driven decision making - turns ambiguity into clarity - demonstrates brand awareness - collaborative nature - solutions oriented - takes ownership of deliverables & issues
