With a multi-channel offering, Toolstation customers can buy online, through a dedicated UK call centre, via a mobile website or at one of 280 branches across the UK. Toolstation are currently opening 3-4 branches a month.

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our busy Digital Marketing department based in Head Office, Bridgwater.
The successful candidate will provide analytics data and actionable reports to the Digital Marketing team and Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant to identify trends and behaviours that can be managed and optimised for each marketing channel and assist with the development of a testing cycle and roadmap for Toolstation.com.

Accountabilities:
* Produce dynamic reporting suite measuring campaign performance and consumer behaviour.
* Develop and produce reports on overall website and Digital Marketing performance KPI's to share with our Ecommerce
Merchandising Assistant, Digital Marketing Manager and wider business.
* Develop and produce conversion funnel reporting suite and drop out analysis by channel and segment
* Provide insight and recommendations for areas of opportunity and improvement across all digital channels and
toolstation.com
* Identify patterns and trends of consumer behaviour on toolstation.com that will inform decisions for the Digital
Marketing Manager and the MVT cycle regarding site content, structure and merchandising.
* Provide ad hoc reporting to the Digital Marketing team and Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant.
* Provide clear analysis and future recommendations of promotional campaigns to run on Toolstation.com.
* Produce test options working with Monetate and our IT department to build into an overall test roadmap and report on
results.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access & Google Analytics. Strong mathematic and data analysis skills are essential. You must also be well organised, commercially aware and customer focused. Experience within the companies sector of building supplies is not essential but retail experience is preferable. Assistance with general digital marketing tasks will also be required from time to time.

This role will be a 40 hour full time position based in our Head Office in Bridgwater.
