We are looking for an experienced Analytics and Insight Manager to work with and make sense of multiple data sources to identify areas of customer struggle and potential improvements to our online customer experience. Within our ecommerce team you’ll be taking the lead on some exciting work and projects so you’ll need to be both technically proficient and a great communicator.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of ecommerce you’ll have responsibility for the day to day management of Junction’s online analytics for our Car, Home and Van Insurance products. The role will encourage you to stretch yourself and bring drive and determination working with some of the UK’s best known brands.

What’s involved?

Provide timely, accurate analysis- you will use a variety of tools and technologies to produce actionable analysis, and communicate your findings/recommendations to stakeholders. You’ll be taking the lead, liaising with key stakeholders across the business to provide accurate and insightful analysis to provide the what, where and why our customers struggle with the online experience to inform concept ideas and test execution.

Management and development of reporting tools, provide the business with a clear understanding of our online performance against KPIs alongside timely and accurate reporting of MVT performance.

What will it take?

Great with numbers - you’ll have excellent analytical and reasoning skills

Analytical Toolkit - Outstanding Google Analytics skills and Session Replay tools i.e. User Replay/Session Cam. Excellent SQL and Excel skills and a solid understanding of online journeys and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).

Customer Focused - Approach everything from the perspective of the customer, what is it they are trying to do and how easy we are making it for them.

Team Player - Contribute directly to the ecommerce strategy and to the wider marketing and digital teams with a willingness to step outside of the immediate requirements of the role. Sharing technical knowledge and experience with others

Excellent communicator- you will be translating complex analysis into compelling and actionable insights, so you must be able to communicate your work clearly and confidently using appropriate methods of delivery.

Results Driven- with varying sources of data, you’ll need a firm focus on the task in hand; you must be able to interpret both structured and unstructured data without losing sight of the bigger picture.
