Graduate Leadership Development Programme Training: During the first 2 years (in addition to the main role you have applied for), you'll be assigned various modules to support your career development (e.g. presentation skills, project management, team building, and business projects). You'll receive support during your training and the opportunity to enhance your learning (qualifications etc are dependent on the role applied for). Graduates will gain real business exposure, work on real projects and receive support from our graduate community and business leaders. Candidate Requirements Essential: - 2:1 degree (see job description for degrees required) - 300 UCAS points or equivalent - Ability to relocate to different UK sites - Evidence of numerical skills (e.g. through education, data analysis, work experience etc). - Evidence of computer skills gained e.g. software packages, the Internet, MS Office, MS Project etc Desirable: - Evidence of a work placement, part-time employment or extra-curricular activities that demonstrate team work, time management, customer relationships and task management.
