Main Responsibilities

  • Educated to degree level, ideally from a business or marketing related field (or relevant experience) CIM Diploma preferred, but not essential
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing, gained ideally from consumer health / FMCG or healthcare related industry
  • Experience in key elements of the Marketing mix, including advertising & market research, social, digital and PR campaigns
  • Excellent influencing skills with a 'make it happen' attitude
  • Great interpersonal and team working skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritising and time management skills

Skills & Experience

  • Prepare and implement brand plans to deliver agreed sales targets
  • Assist the SBM to manage and track the agreed promotional budgets
  • Lead the development of relevant brand support including digital / social media, PR and SEO and sampling in line with brand strategy
  • Develop supporting materials, POS and leaflets as required
  • Evaluate and analyse communication plan choices in recommending the highest ROI plans
  • Cross functionally interact with key stakeholders in the sales teams to activate brand plans through customer base including distribution and promotional planning
