Overall Purpose of Job To support a major project roll out of selected document management system across the business and to provide adhoc in-house training to all GVA staff. Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities - Design, develop and review courseware and supporting materials - Deliver in-house training to GVA staff in the form of: - - Classroom-led courses - - One to one coaching - - Group workshops - Monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of training and learning outcomes - Script and design e-learning content - Provide 2nd level software support Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Knowledge of document management systems (preferable) - Thorough knowledge of MS Office 2010 Professional and Windows 7 - Excellent presentation and delivery skills - Ability to pick up new subject matter and bespoke systems quickly - Flexible and professional approach - Independent and proactive - Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in the business - Experience of working in large multi divisional organisation - Comfortable with UK travel - 3+ years in an IT training role - TAP/TPMA/MCT certification preferable We are an equal opportunities employer
