Role Overview As the IT Client Integration Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the introduction of Client related changes into IT and the delivery of IT Client Management activities for specific clients. All About The Role - To be the 'Face of IT' to existing and prospective Hermes Clients acting as the IT liaison between the client and the business - To work with Sales and Marketing to ensure successful management of clients, products and prospects - Provide accurate and timely information on the take-on of new clients and detailed progress reporting - To work with IT Projects/Change and Development specifically in supporting the successful delivery of the IS change portfolio - To work with IT Services to ensure a successful day to day service delivery to clients - Approach change in a positive and creative manner to maximise the quality of delivery to clients - Develop , maintain and communicate strong governance processes to measure quality of data supplied to / from clients - Resolve client issues in a timely manner to the benefit of the Client and Hermes - To ensure all client communication is of a high quality, presenting Hermes as a quality service provider - To ensure that regular client contact is in place and to report on the performance of clients in the IT space - To ensure Hub and Depot testing is carried out prior to go live - Document review and archive to ensure only the most up to date documentation is being used All About You Essential Understanding of integration processes Excellent written and oral communication Analytical thinking Understanding of the development lifecycle Ability to convert technical solutions to 'business speak' Desirable Advanced Excel Data Mining experience Experience of Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement As well as working with some of the most talented professionals in our industry, you can take full advantage of our fantastic benefits we have to offer here: - 26 days holiday + bank holidays - Pension - Free on-site parking - Flexible working hours - Laptop/mobile phone - Full training/development programme - Discounted gym and myHermes memberships - Subsidised on-site canteen - And so many more
