Position Summary:To assist and support the Product Presentation team with building seasonal Visual Merchandising and Signage strategies. The role will be responsible for aiding VM Coordinators with preparation and delivery of seasonal strategy meetings and seasonal guidelines. Partnering with the Signage Coordinator to provide creative and effective signage solutions and managing all tactical print on a weekly basis. Ensure high levels of accuracy, simplicity and consistency within all working parties to coordinate both internal and external, resources to achieve this end result by effective project management and communication.
Key Responsibilities:Visual Merchandising:-Support VM Coordinators with preparation for Seasonal Divisional Meetings (DSO)-Support with the end-to-end production of Model Store Guidelines -Using Photoshop, In-Design and Adobe to support with product cut outs, placements and visuals. 3D and 2D computer skills to render accurate/detailed schematics.-Help support seasonal presentation with product placement mock ups, mood and concept boards.-Proof checking and ensure consistency in all internal communication materials.-Communicate effectively the creative objectives of the projects through partnership with various internal and external departments.
Signage:-Manage all weekly tactical signage updates and all top up signage orders for stores-Creation of training and guidance materials to the store teams including signage updates using internal intranet-Assist in the delivery of signage projects from concept through to store implementation-Support graphic designer with 3D renders and the creation of all signage artworks.-Maintain administrative workflow for Signage library and documentation-Support Signage Coordinator with all vendor deliveries and logistics for both signage and New Store Openings-Project Manage end to end print solution with vendor
Support ad hoc projects, demonstrating the ability to use initiative and have a proactive approach to working solutions.Gain through understanding Ralph Lauren PFS and Ralph Lauren brand principles.Updates manager on day to day work flow and long term development of projects.
Plans, manages and completes assignments to a high standard with appropriate levels of consultation; follows departmental procedures and process.
Requirements:-Strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to drive business through creativity, fashion consciousness and commerciality-Excellent working knowledge of all Adobe programs including Photoshop, In-Design and Illustrator-Advanced Excel Skills-Good knowledge of contemporary POS design, print and 2D/3D production-Ability to provide day-to-day visual training and guidance through Ralph Lauren’s shared values-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment-Exceptional interpersonal skills-Strong project management, organizational and time management skills-Strong verbal communication skills-Able to work independently while still working within a team environment
