The Technical Trainer is focused to deliver training for FireClass and ZETTLER brands, train both internal and external customers in technical way with frequent travelling Close collaboration with Sales, Support and the other functional teams will be required. Further to develop instructional material and select suitable delivery methods or training aids. Ensure that programs are aligned with the organization's business goals. The position will report to Michael Weigl, Technical Training Manager, ZETTLER and FireClass
As a Technical Trainer you will be responsible for providing all training activities on products, systems, applications, codes and standards for new technologies and software. You will also deliver training content to customers through live sessions and e-learning webinars, proactively support in the creation, monitoring and improvement of processes, contribute to all training communication an promotion, align alongside the other EMEA Trainers to insure a consistent standard of work and ensuring all training is correctly recorded and certified.
You will also contribute technical support including: Answering questions and queries in regards to applications and products, provide typical examples of support for customer requirements, ensure diligent use of Salesforce.com to ensure an integrated customer experience, provide advice and technical input for larger scale projects, set up and monitor field trial for new and updated products in cooperation with EMEA services team, product management and R&D, investigate, identify and resolve problems relating to TFPP products, site visits and communicate preventative actions for common problems via the EMEA bulletins system.
