The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for the daily Accounts Receivable operations, providing a high-level of service. This includes all related invoicing, cash analysis, ensuring revenues are applied and reconciled accurately and efficiently.

Key accountabilities

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Finance, while leading and managing a team to ensure high performance, acting as an enthusiastic and motivated coach. You will also manage SLAs, including the ongoing reviews with departments to ensure all processes are running efficiently and to the highest possible standard.
Your new position will involve you reconciling customer accounts, approving refunds to a large customer base, conduct daily banking and completing month end reports.
You will be providing a high level of service while being responsible for the daily Accounts Receivable operations, including all related invoicing, cash analysis and ensuring revenues are applied and reconciled accurately and efficiently.
You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring targets and service standards are achieved and maintained throughout.

Skills & experience

To thrive in this role you will need to have an education to a degree level, a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an accounts receivable team, Microsoft Office competency and an in depth knowledge of financial concepts and reconciliations.
Further to this you will understand the various functions of finance, including, including accounts receivable and accounts payable and report preparation and analysis for presentation to senior management.
