Job title: Sales Support Data Management & Reporting Specialist Location: Bristol Salary: Competitive Sector: Banking/FS Job type: Permanent Job reference: MC/19373 Our blue chip banking client is looking to appoint Sales Support Data Management & Reporting Analyst. Reporting to Sales Support Team Leader, you will work as part of Mortgage Operations UK team who have responsibility for all post-completion mortgage activity throughout the customer journey including account maintenance, telephony, redemptions and debt management service. The purpose of the Sales Support Data Management & Reporting Specialist is managing and maintaining the CRM system to enable all development work to take place and to ensure data integrity at all times. Further responsibility includes. - Providing accurate and well-presented Management Information - Creating clear, accurate reports and presentations to meet the needs of stakeholders including sales and management teams - Use CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create new and existing reports - Remain fully aware of MI and reporting market to ensure reports reflect new reporting trends - Test new capabilities of sandbox environment before launching in a live system - Creating new dashboards in line with business needs - Promoting the use and content of CRM system within the business The Company: Our client is one of the world's longest established banks.
