Polkadotfrog are currently recruiting for a growing Cambridge based organisation who are recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to be responsible for 2nd line support to the Business users and how a CRM interacts and supports business processes. Within this new role you will cover a range of System and Support Analyst functions where you will analyst internal systems to drive process Improvements and operational efficiencies. The appointed candidate will support business functions through our clients CRM system and complete detailed analysis of the new version and piloting results and learnings. You will be required to lead in identifying business training needs to support user adoption for CRM and analyse the CRM system to drive Continuous Improvements and operational efficiencies. As the Analyst it is essential you create a bridge and efficient liaison between Business and IT functions to further enhance and develop the CRM post the initial launch. On a day to days basis you will also act as a first point of contact for trouble-shooting of the issues to the system working with users' desk side and remotely. Key responsibilities and capabilities - - CRM Support and Administration experience - - Analysing and driving System and Process Improvements - - Prior experience rollout out internal systems or deploying CRM systems and business process - - Ability to identifying gaps in user knowledge and offer / organise continuous training - - Experience completing Analysis activities on system processes - - Identifying and scoping business needs for system enhancement and further development - - Take a lead in resolving process and functional issues for Business users - 2nd line support - - Responsible for support at a 1st point of contact level. - - Assistance in organising Regression testing
