Job Purpose:

The jobholder will work with Account Managers, Artworkers and the Marketing team, to manage the day to day requirements of the marketing department with regards to Company campaigns. The role will be based in our North Wales Head Office and will cover our divisions in the South of England. Travel is therefore essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies for allocated divisions along with spotting growth potential for future sales opportunities.

2.Management of divisional media schedules along with media agency to ensure the correct media is bought on time by divisional Marketing Co-ordinators.

3.Collection, interpretation and data analysis of customer marketing activity campaign and marketing strategy performance.

4.Work closely with property portals to ensure optimum performance from both listings and additional portal products.

5.Analyse divisional PPC results to ensure effective campaign performance.

6.Undertake site visits for allocated divisions to gain an understanding of localised performance issues to aid development of marketing strategies.

7.Ensure brand consistency and quality control is achieved across all media activity.

8.Contribute to national marketing strategy throughout the year with consideration to seasonality / message etc.

9.Attend divisional marketing meetings with divisional sales teams to guide media buying.

10.Organise quarterly Marketing Co-ordinator meetings and ensure inclusion of relevant information from all disciplines of the Marketing Department.

11.Report on marketing performance monthly to Group Marketing Manager, and Group Sales & Marketing Director.

12.Undertake market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve divisional performance.

13.Work closely with divisional PR agencies to ensure consistency of messaging to deliver divisional marketing objectives.

14.Management of Group projects when appropriate

15.At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

16.Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.

17.To identify the need for improved office procedures.
