Due to our continued growth we now have a fantastic opportunity for an O365 Technical Support Engineer to join our IT department in Whiteley, Hampshire.
The O365 Technical Support Engineer will function as the organisational ambassador and primary Point of Contact for O365 and its related products. You would be tasked to deliver a global professional, consistent, customer focused and high quality service, in respect to O365 and its related tools and applications.
Duties of this position will involve tracking Licences and budgets including monitoring and maintaining the user list to ensure that we are not overspending on the licensing. Providing 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd tier support and in the resolution of O365 incidents, problems and minor changes. Monitor new product changes/ launches and assess them for viability for Specsavers involving all relevant areas of IT and the business.
