The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and talented Insolvency Solicitor to join our clients` leading practice in the Milton Keynes area. As part of a Legal 500-rated department, the successful Solicitor will enjoy a challenging and diverse caseload of corporate insolvency matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Work will include administration, receiverships, CVAs and directors` options and obligations. The ideal Solicitor will also participate in business development activities for the department and firm as a whole. You must have excellent technical skills, with the ability to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision. You will have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for business development being advantageous. You will be a pro-active team player with drive, ambition and flexibility.
