Located within easy reach of local amenities, they are now seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team in the further development of the department. THE ROLE We have a great opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor in Cambridge. This is ideal for Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE within a Dispute Resolution and Litigation sector. With good communication skills both written and verbal across all levels, you will work alongside senior fee earners and develop your own portfolio under minimum supervision. You will be detail oriented and handle your caseload including: contracts; professional negligence; inheritance; partnership disputes; businesses; insolvency; consumer rights; reputation defence and; intellectual property. You will be highly skilled in delivering excellent client care and contribute to the further development of the department and firm. In addition, you will have your own transport as you will participate in activities outside work. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis. THE CANDIDATE You must be a Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE; You must have experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution work; You must have a law degree, completed the LPC/GDL and have a training contract; Having own transport advantageous; You will have excellent client care skills; You will have a flair for business development; Excellent communication skills across all levels is desirable; You will be IT literate.
