We are recruiting in our Communications team for a Internal Communications Manager. We are looking for forward thinking individuals that are able to demonstrate motivation, influencing and leadership skills, whilst showing flair and attention to detail when sending communications to the business. This role involves working in a fast paced environment and exists to give clarity and build a consistent understanding of what Müller stands for in the UK; inspire employees by engaging and aligning them with our vision and plans and instill pride in employees in the Muller brand. The right candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to researching new ways of implementing research of using various channels to reach the right target; providing specialist input, advice and guidance to support the achievement of agreed business objectives through effective and engaging communications. Your challenge In this role the key responsibilities will include: * The ability to interpret business needs and create, deliver and measure the effectiveness of targeted internal communications strategy and plans. * Create compelling and engaging content for use across a range of channels * Measure effectiveness of existing channels to evolve and improve channel mix and support introduction and roll out of new channels to support the principle of reaching employees 'anytime, anywhere' * Researching various channels of technology and using initiative to improve the efficiency of new technology * Effective stakeholder management with key stakeholders across a variety of levels and including leadership teams; HR; IT; Group contacts and project teams * Manage and deliver through 'virtual' teams e.g. cross site / function working groups; teams with external third party involvement * Effective management of third parties including design agencies, printers etc. Key skills & experience * Essential: 3 years + internal /corporate communications demonstrable experience in consultancy or in-house * Essential: Relevant Degree /communications qualification or equivalent * Experience of communicating to an audience that are not primarily office based (e.g. production, logistics, manufacturing) * Experience of digital channels (intranet, social media tools, blog) as part of the internal communications channel mix, with proven track record of implementing these types of channels. * To have excellent communication & influencing skills at appropriate levels * Experience of intranet content publishing tools and intranet development. * Logical attention to detail with the ability to use own initiative * Experience of Project Management The Process If you have the skills and experience in the above areas and would like to be considered for this role please apply at [URL removed]
