Mortgage Admin Processor
Our Client a firm of Financial Advisors based in Kent is seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator, Sales Support for an IFA.
You will have a broad range of responsibilities that will include (but not limited to):
Confident telephone manner
Experienced mortgage administration skills or knowledge of the mortgage process
Able to work within a team and on their own initiative
Processing new business efficiently
Preparing valuations and illustrations.
Writing reports and suitability letters
Liaise with Solicitors, Advisors, Lenders
Regular reviews of workflow to ensure compliance with service standards
Pipeline case chasing
Responsibility for complaints ensuring that the firm's complaints procedure is adhered to
Ensure supporting documentation and records meet FCA and company requirements
To ensure that client, policy and advisor fee information details are kept up to date
Maintaining service levels according to office procedures
Providing reports, information and documentation within agreed timescales
Answering calls and dealing with enquiries from clients
Maintaining and updating the back office system
Maintain positive working relationships with group colleagues.
Previous experience in a similar financial services administrative role
Strong technical knowledge of relevant financial services products.
Compliance background an advantage
Effective report writing and communication skills.
