Total Reward Group (TRG), is a leading reward management consultancy and part of a US Multinational Corporation. Working with clients in both the private and public sectors, we provide expert reward management advice. We cover all aspects of Compensation and Benefits Management for forward thinking employers.

Employing 17 specialist consultants, we also offer clients with in house training and the recruitment of interim reward managers and senior permanent hires. In addition we have developed a survey business, delivering salary and benefits management data to major corporates and various industry/sector specific groups.

We are looking to support our business by recruiting a Data Management Analyst, whose responsibilities include:

Salary Survey support

Management of data including record keeping and participant updatesData analysis Presentation of findings - formatting data into clear, accessible graphs, tables and infographics On-line demonstrations to prospective survey participants via CitrixTelephone support to survey participantsConsultant support

Preparation/ formatting of client proposals (PowerPoint and Word)Data analysis (salary survey, employee demographics etc.)Presentation of findings – formatting data into clear, accessible graphs, tables and infographicsKeeping Salesforce database up to date with new and ongoing activityThe successful candidate needs to be/have:

Experience of working with databases and analysing dataExperience of salary surveys/ pay data analysis would be an advantageAdvanced level Excel competencyA completer finisher with strong administrative skillsNumerate, with high attention to detailMS Office IT skills including PowerPointResilient, proactive, inquisitive and responsiveStrong interpersonal skills together with mature judgement Good written and oral communication skillsIn return, you will receive a competitive salary depending on experience, plus bonus and up to 5% retirement savings contribution, medical benefits, 25 days annual leave and free car parking.
