Telecoms Estate Analyst Location: Stockton on Tees At VIANET, we build collaborative relationships which enable growth and empower real change in our customers' business. An exciting opportunity has arisen for Telecoms Estate Analyst to join our business. The purpose of the role will be to own the telecoms estate in full for Vianet Ltd. Produce accurate and insightful reports driven from the telecoms data timely, accurately to key stakeholders and the wider business to drive optimum decision making around Vianet's telecom estate (being a user of SIM and landline services). Other key responsibilities include Control of SIM and land line estate and management including activation, de-activation and cancellation. Maintain and understand all aspects of our telecoms estate, develop and maintain insightful reporting for all telecom estates and provide a pro-active insightful approach to the business whilst acting with impartiality Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail. The candidate must be diligent, a self-starter and be influential to customers both internally and externally to the business. Ideally, the candidate should have a telecoms background but this is not essential, however, an excellent knowledge of Excel is required.
