Marketing CRM/Customer Lifecycle Executive

As a Marketing CRM/Customer Lifecycle Executive in our CCF Marketing team based in Swan Valley - Northampton, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the customer lifecycle plan to support in maximising the long-term spend of CCF customers through the effective management of direct customer communications, campaigns and promotions.

Our CCF Marketing team tend to have an aptitude for creative and analytical subjects: including experience in development, management, execution and reporting of all CRM campaigns and we hope you will too.You will be managing all CCF customer marketing data and email marketing, with a key focus on providing reports to various stakeholders based on marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager to establish and execute the CRM campaign strategy, aligned with the segmentation model and business strategy/targets within the agreed budget.
  • Align customer life cycle to achieve set KPI’s including: number of new trading accounts, reactivation of lapsed and dormant accounts, along with the percentage of accurate customer data.
  • Execute/broadcast campaigns within campaign management software including all email marketing campaigns within an email broadcasting platform.
  • Work alongside the Marketing, Category and E-Commerce teams to ensure promotions are developed that support the CRM strategy and category plans.
  • Run weekly/monthly Excel reports and present to the wider team.
  • Drive customer conversion through managing the end-to-end campaign process from brief to analysis including sign off on live proof sets prior to delivery.
With your strong motivational and influencing skills, you will be working with various stakeholders on diverse projects, where you will be utilising your current marketing experience in email marketing and customer data management . Your drive for delivering excellent service will also be key to ensuring success for our marketing projects and our own business strategy.

Along with the above, you’ll also have:

Marketing/Business related Degree or CIM qualification

Excellent skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint - It would be beneficial if you have BO & Microsoft Dynamics Experience or PCC experience

Own transport due to adhoc travel
