Internal Data Auditor

  • Perform and control the full Quality cycle
  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans in consultation with SMG
  • Obtain, analyse and evaluate documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
  • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity and goal achievement
  • Maintain open communication with management
  • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
  • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
  • Develop streamlined systems that will best automate data process and analysis by migrating Hierarchical data into relational data sets.
  • Data cleansing, both primary and metadata.
  • Set out clear responsibilities and security for the input, processing, output and archiving of data.
  • Develop, initiate and analyse audits and surveys relevant to the regional responsibility and assist and lead where appropriate with group wide audits and surveys. Using survey information assist with service improvements.
  • To work closely with all relevant parties to coordinate operational audit activity within the region and ensure copies of the reports are held as evidence learning is communicated to all relevant parties.
  • Working alongside Registered Managers highlight service deficiencies, non-conformities and risk, providing support to develop action plans to rectify.
  • To attend for work reliably and punctually.
  • To know where to access Cambian Group policies and to be aware of and follow their contents.
  • To remain vigilant and do everything possible to protect students/residents and others from abuse of a physical, emotional, sexual, neglectful, financial or institutional nature. This includes an absolute requirement to report any incident of this nature you witness, hear about or suspect.
  • To develop own practice through the supervision and appraisal process, ensuring your training needs are identified and addressed.
  • Use an appropriate level of confidentiality where personal information is involved with regard to both individuals and employees.
  • To ensure that people with whom you have contact have equal opportunities, to acknowledge their individual differences and uphold their rights and responsibilities, including the right not to be discriminated against, as set out in law and by Cambian Group policies.To contribute fully to effective team working by striving to build and maintain positive relationships.

  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, MIs systems and databases
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Sound independent judgement
  • Knowledge of compliance and auditing systems required by regulatory bodies
