Compliance/HR Administrator
Based in Crewe
Permanent, £18,000

We are currently recruiting for a HR/Compliance Administrator to join a well established, national firm in their Crewe office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a HR administration, compliance or similar administrative background, as you will be ensuring the companies process are in like with HR and recruitment legislation as well as providing core HR administrative support to the wider team.

Working hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, your hard work will also be rewarded by a highly competitive salary up to £18,000 per annum. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of support a busy HR advisory team and providing first line support to a large staff base.

Duties will include:

Time and Attendance reporting
Handling aspects of recruitment
Reviewing CVs and holding interviewers
Conducting new starter inductions
Compiling contract information
Dealing with TUPE paperwork
Supporting a team of three advisers
Handling any paperwork
Dealing with disciplinary and grievances
Handling leavers and paperwork in relation to this
Providing general administrative support
