We have an exciting opportunity for an Expenses Clerk to join a busy team of 4 people in our UK Shared Service Centre. This is a permanent role working on a full time basis reporting into the Expenses Team Leader. You will be responsible for processing expenses for all of the 14 clients in the Saint-Gobain Group. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of expenses, working to deadline and dealing with queries. You will also be involved in the implementation and training of one or more of our clients as they transfer onto our automated system, Notilus. The Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) provides accounting support for all manufacturing and holding companied with in Saint-Gobain UK and Ireland. In the role as Expenses Clerk you will be responsible for; - Processing employee expense claims and dealing with any associated queries - Assisting with the preparation of KPI data including monitoring expense claims against expense policies. - Identify issues on accounts and undertake their prompt resolution either with the employee vendors or internally within our businesses. - Ensure that all work conforms to current internal control procedures. - Assisting with and supporting internal and external audit visits and requirements; including preparation of reports, schedules and procedures.
