Working as a telephone based Mortgage Adviser (incoming call only), you would be the first point contact for customers and will seek to identify best fit mortgage solutions from an whole of market proposition. You will have the skills to conduct detailed fact finds upon which mortgage advice can be based and to present mortgage advice to customers in an understandable and compliant way. Thereafter you will monitor mortgage application progress through to completion having provided exceptional customer service and maximising bonus payments.
Qualifications: Minimum of either:
Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Mortgage Advice (Cert MA)
IFS School of Finance Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP).
6 months experience of working in a Mortgage Adviser role
