As the Business Intelligence and Customer Insight Analyst you will support the senior manager and focus on the Sales, planning, campaign execution and results analysis of programs. You will partner with the IT, Marketing and Merchandising teams and ensure consistent strategy and execution of all campaigns whilst bringing inspiration and new ideas to the team. You will also provide full customer level analysis through database profiling and complete all reports using Filemaker, SQL and Microsoft Excel.
To apply for this role you MUST have advanced skills across SQL and Microsoft Excel plus 2-3 years experience in a similar role. You demonstrate an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Developing a data roadmaps
• Designing business user management information reports
• Documenting business owner data and KPI requirements
• Documenting business processes around sales and marketing
• Running workshops with business stakeholders to define data & reporting requirements
Skills required:
• Understanding of databases and data warehouse design
• Experience in Master Data Management Technology
• Coding skills in SQL
