Finance & Office Manager


Your new role
You will be responsible for the management and operation of our client's finances, providing efficient, accurate and timely reporting on financial performance of the company and delivering administrative support services to ensure the smooth running of the office. Available on a permanent full time basis or a temporary part time (3 days a week) basis.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for flexible and proactive problem solver able to manage time effectively and juggle competing demands. You will be a self-motivated team player have a high regard for confidentiality and ensuring professional integrity.

  • Quickbooks experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience of producing, analysing and interrogating financial statements.
  • Experience of financial record keeping, reconciliation and accounts presentation. High degree of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of financial regulations and accounting procedures and practices, including VAT, credit control and payroll.


What you'll get in return
£23,000-£25,000 - Available on a permanent full time basis or a temporary part time (3 days a week) basis.
