To act as a key finance business partner to the COO, and B&M/Supply Chain Directors and their teams. This role drives commercial insight into sales, margin, stock, and supply chain, across multiple channels for both our UK and International businesses. It will include regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting, and all planning (covering budgets/forecasts and strategic planning), as well as supporting and challenging stakeholders on their cost budgets. It will also produce viability reviews for new stores and track performance of sites after opening.

You will have strong FP&A skills and understand how to set up models and analysis in a logical and efficient way. You will have an inquisitive and analytical mind and be prepared to challenge assumptions. You will work with pace, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload.
A team player with strong people skills, you will be an experienced manager, and be able to motivate and drive performance in those around you. You will work closely with the rest of the Finance team and contribute to the wider success of the team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
·Business partnering and value add analysis for key stakeholders
·Business cases for all new UK stores
·Period end reporting and analysis
·Management and development of 1direct report
